The privacy policy of Hotelivate-Savills ("THINC Indonesia") exhibits our company commitment to fully disclosing the information compilation and utilisation practices relevant to this website.

Data Protection

By entering your details in the fields above, you agree to allow the organisers of the Hotel investment conference and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please contact us in writing. As a registered delegate your name, designation, and company details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (in the conference pack and on a search facility on our website accessible by a password) for them to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings. If you do not wish your details to be included on the delegates list please write to us at thincindonesia@hotelivate.com.

Passing on your name and contact detail

As a registered delegate your name, designation and company details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed at the conference to all attendees for them to see who else is at the conference, for the purpose of networking and meetings.

Terms and Conditions

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Online Privacy Policy Only

THINC Indonesia management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending the event.

Registration Fee

The registration fees payable in advance and includes presentations, documentation, refreshment breaks, lunches, and evening receptions.

Booking Conditions

A confirmation letter will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Payment must be received before the conference date. If payment is not received, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card.

Cancellation/Refunds

- Written requests received on or before August 9, 2026 will be subject to a deduction of IDR1,500,000 or USD100
- Written requests received between August 10, 2026 & September 05, 2026 will be subject to a deduction of IDR 3,000,000 or USD200
- No refund will be made for a cancellation request received after September 05, 2026 or for No Shows.

Notes:
- Registration Fees are payable in advance and include admission to presentations, networking breaks, luncheon and receptions as indicated in the program.
- Travel and hotel accommodation are the sole responsibility of the delegates.
- Guests and spouses are not allowed into the conference events or reception without paying the registration fee.
- If any part or all the conference is changed/cancelled, the conference hosts are not responsible for covering air fare, hotel or any other costs.
- Rights to admission are reserved.

In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience.

The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conferences programme, venue and timings at any time.

Access Requirements

Please note that only registered delegates are allowed to attend the sessions and related events (such as cocktails and meals). Spouses and/or additional attendees accompanying the delegates will require a pass to attend any part of the conference/functions. To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please let us know about any requirements you have by contacting thincindonesia@hotelivate.com.

Dietary Requirements

We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements.
