Hilton Colombo is the chosen host hotel for THINC Sri Lanka & Maldives 2026. Ideally located
with easy access to the conference venue, the hotel offers well-appointed rooms,
dining, a pool and spa, giving delegates a comfortable base for the duration of the event.
All delegates are to arrange their own accommodation. A limited number of rooms are being held at the host hotel between 14-16 October. The host hotel has special contracted rates for registered delegates attending the event. Check-in & Check-out Times
Hotel check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability.
- If you wish to check in during 6:00 AM – 12:00 noon, 50% of the room rate would be charged; if before 6:00 AM, it will be 100% of the room rate.
- If you wish to check out during 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 50% of the room rate will be charged; after 9:00 PM, 100%.
Pricing & Tax
All rates quoted are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to prevailing service charges and applicable taxes (presently 10% Service Charge, 1% TDL, 2.5% SSCL & 18% VAT). Government-stipulated taxes are subject to change without prior notice. In the event the tax component changes, the new tax percentage will be applied to all rates offered in this proposal.
Payment Policy
- Total room payment should be settled 14 days prior to arrival.
- All extras will be billed directly to the individual guest rooms.
- Guests settling their bills directly will be charged the same upon check-out.
No-Show / Cancellation
Full stay will be charged for no-show rooms.
